Your new role
As an Advanced Business Analyst within SAP & Ecosystems, you will play a key role in driving delivery and continuous improvement within the SAP ATTP (Serialization) domain. You will combine strong functional expertise with end-to-end ownership of solutions, ensuring alignment between business needs, solution design, and compliant operations in a truly global environment.
Day-to-day your tasks will include:
- Acting as a Serialization Subject Matter Expert for Operations & Maintenance, participating in design reviews and contributing to solution implementation, including support for ATTP test case creation, updates and execution
- Translating business needs into system changes and performing end-to-end delivery, ensuring quality, validation and traceability across the lifecycle
- Providing support for SAP ATTP and SAP Traceability Hub, monitoring system performance and driving continuous improvement through proactive risk and incident management and root cause analysis
- Coordinating with ERP and EWM teams on incidents and change management, and partnering with global stakeholders (HQ, regions, vendors) to align delivery and support
- Establishing clear handover procedures, training teams and strengthening domain knowledge within GBS
- Exploring emerging SAP capabilities, including AI and automation, to enhance efficiency, compliance and business value across ATTP operations
Please note: this role is split between Denmark and India with a high degree of cross-location interaction. Due to time-zone differences with HQ and occasional collaboration with US-based teams, flexibility to join virtual meetings outside normal working hours will be expected.

Within Enterprise IT & Quality sits SAP & Ecosystems, the team responsible for driving Novo Nordisk forward by providing a stable, scalable enterprise SAP platform and its surrounding ecosystem. We are accountable for the run, maintenance, support and continuous development of large-scale SAP systems that enable critical business processes globally. In this role, you will directly contribute to that mission by ensuring our serialization landscape remains robust, compliant and future-ready.
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for an experienced SAP professional who thrives in a global, cross-functional environment and brings both functional depth and a strong finisher mindset. You will bring with you:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- 4+ years' experience with SAP ATTP and SAP Traceability Hub (TH) within supply chain processes, including expertise in pharmaceutical serialization and end-to-end supply chain processes
- Solid knowledge of SAP ATTP and WM modules, master data across SAP Production and SAP Quality, and integrations with Site Servers, S/4HANA, SAP TH, TraceLink and other serialization systems
- Hands-on experience with SAP ATTP implementations and country serialization requirements, including onboarding of CMOs/MAH/3PL partners; experience with S/4HANA conversion (RISE) is preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to collaborate across global teams, vendors and consultants
- A proactive, structured and business-oriented mindset with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently across time zones and cultures
