About the Department

CVT Testing CoE aims to fulfil testing requirements of our business partners with highly competent inhouse talents with good knowledge on NN QMS, procedures and tools. While the project team focus on the project deliverables, our team will help strategize, plan, design and execute tests, manage defects in a compliant and efficient way. We are on the constant lookout to eliminate redundancies, reduce project risks and deploy best practices from across business units.


The Position

As a Test Analyst (Advanced Business Analyst I), you are entrusted to fulfil the following responsibilities:


  • You will be handling end to end testing activities including planning, scripting, execution, and defect management. Wherein, you will prepare test plans and detailed test scripts supporting test cases derived from an analysis of functional requirements and specifications.


  • You will drive the creation, enhancement, debugging, and running the test cases and you will be responsible for thoroughly testing software to ensure intended operation and uncover defects prior to implementation.


  • You will closely work with the validation consultants, IT QCs, IT QAs in order to ensure that the IT System is in alignment with the NN QMS Requirements.


  • Involvement in product design to ensure adherence of test coverage for meeting end user requirements will be a key responsibility.


  • You will be organizing, monitoring defect management process handling changes and conducting regression tests.


  • You will be preparing software defect tracking and report entire project release status to stakeholders.


  • You will be analysing and verifying best automated test approaches and execute test cases and provide automation testing consulting for the IT projects.


  • You will be collaborating with stakeholders/partners with diverse interests, knowledge, cultural background and personality. Perform stakeholder management as a part of delivering services involving multiple stakeholders.


  • You will also participate in audits and inspections related to the project supported.


  • Wherever there is scope for automation, you will play a key role in identifying candidates for automation and implement automation test cases using approved automation tool.



You hold a MCA, M.Sc., B.SC. BE or similar graduate degree in relevant field. You will be preferred to have Industry recognized ITIL and ISO quality management certification. You should have 10+ years of experience in end to end testing tasks working in a service level-based organization/ pharmaceutical industry preferably hands on experience in Automation Testing. You are equipped with knowledge in OOPS Concepts. You should have experience working with test management tools like HP ALM, Jira. Also, you should be experienced with both waterfall and Agile methodology. You must have excellent communication skills in English and comfortable working with different cultures.
