About the department

Global Commercial Solutions - The position is based in Commercial IT India - an area with 100+ employees closely working with colleagues across 7 Regions in International Operations and in North America Operations, within Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical and other Commercial functions.

 

The position

An Ideal candidate will manage the digital accounts (end-to-end techno functional systems support, incident & problem management as well as change & release management) as well as support business queries and support user management across systems.

 

You have to manage account issues in collaboration with relevant vendors, system support functions and internal stakeholders. You will review test cases and execute tests in connection with new development and defect fixing. You will also manage user requests from colleagues and agencies such as onboarding, training and licenses/seat review

 

Below is the list of current accounts / systems in scope, out of which AEM stands for about 50%:

AEM (external websites), SoundOn (podcasts), Sprinklr (social media management), SiteImprove (quality management), SharePoint (internal news), OneTrust (cookie), Chatbot and TwentyThree (video)

 

Qualifications

  • Master degree, bachelor degree or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Software Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration) and relevant business experience
  • Good troubleshooting skills with technical knowledge on AEM, and SharePoint.
  • Good knowledge on Adobe products landscape & implementations
  • Good understanding of systems like Sprinklr and other systems used for digital communication in Novo Nordisk (Preferred, not required)
  • Accountable when working with deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and to identify and prioritise tasks within own area of responsibility 
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders, vendors & users.
  • Proactive mindset
  • Ability to represent NN in relations with users and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills written and orally in English.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
