About the department
This is your chance to join Novo Nordisk, world leader in diabetes care and become part of a dynamic and global environment in the maintenance part of our IT organization. We are looking for a SAP Logistic person with interest and experience within Warehouse Management (SAP WM) and ATTP (Advanced track and trace for Pharmaceuticals)

You will join the Manufacturing IT department India which is part of Corporate IT in Novo Nordisk A/S that employs 200 + highly skilled IT professionals. We are part of a greater SAP community with 100+ employees, in Denmark and India, providing SAP services to the entire global organisation across the value chain. We are closely engaged with all Novo Nordisk business areas, to identify and implement optimal solutions for the business. SAP is a strategic priority in Novo Nordisk, and we are working on a portfolio of activities and projects that will leverage the usage of SAP across Novo Nordisk.


The position 
The position holder will be part of a team of dedicated SAP Logistics professionals and you will get the opportunity to work across both with SAP Logistics broadly and the WM module specifically. The job entails a broad range of system management activities as we in Novo Nordisk are in the process of establishing the Novo Nordisk Corporate IT India organisation in Bangalore in the same location as Novo Nordisk India. 


Business travel is to be expected to coordinate and manage work with the organisation in Denmark. You will be responsible for delivery of system support services and ensuring that business requirements are met in the area of SAP WM/HU. On GSP, you will be taking part in specifying, designing, building and testing the SAP WM/ATTP solution for new countries with serialisation requirements. 


Further will be part of development and maintenance of the NN SAP Logistics solutions. Followed by release management tasks (Changes Requests); coordination, documentation, verification- and test activities, quality assurance activities etc. Strategy implementation – participate in forming the future SAP Logistics platform in an international, global company within the areas of SAP WM/HU.


We Expect you to hold the below skills and knowledge.

•    Degree or equivalent experience in SAP WM, Computer Science, Life Science or related field. BS/BA degree up to 6+ years’ experience or MS degree with minimum 5+ years’ experience
•    Should have 6+ Years of experience within SAP WM and Handling Unit (HU) Management.
•    Experience in Interfaces and IDoc’s (Mandatory)
•    Integration knowledge on PP-PI/QM module.
•    IT experience covering specification, design, development, validation, implementation and maintenance of IT solutions
•    A high level of quality is expected from your deliverables as the project must adhere to GxP requirements.
•    Knowledge on MM and SD will be an advantage
•    Ability to work with both super user and ABAP developers
•    Experience from working in a project oriented, international matrix organisation
•    Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with different countries across multiple time-zones
•    Strong experience with support processes including use of tools and ITIL processes
•    Experience from working in a service level-based organisation and managing service level agreements with customers and vendors
•    Ability to travel
•    Large degree of flexibility and the ability to work under strong time pressure.
•    ATTP knowledge is good to have.
