About the department

 

Global IT India is a team of 600+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. The main role of Global IT India is to 'manage' IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management and Vendor Management.

 

Commercial IT department is an integral part of the Global IT Organization within GBS India and is responsible for delivering projects and managing systems for Sales, Marketing, Medical & Market Access teams. In Global IT, we drive projects, manage critical IT systems, services and infrastructure used along the entire value chain of Novo Nordisk.

 

The position

 

As an Advance Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the managing of critical Salesforce system “Customer Contact System”. You will be responsible to develop, manage, maintain by supporting on Salesforce configuration, customisation & system operations tracks.  As Change & Release Manager understand the business requirements from the stakeholders by providing technical solutions and manage the expectations of customers, system owners and other key stakeholders concerning the use of the IT systems.

 

You will be responsible for the end to end complete change management process from planning, execution till release communication and relating to process ensure that the change management processes are followed correctly within the team. Other tasks to be related to demonstrate excellent business, system understanding and pro-activeness and ownership.

 

You will have to provide ITIL related support, including change/release and problem management as well as enhancing good team spirit and high degree of knowledge sharing. You will be responsible for communicating and collaborating closely with the key stakeholders including follow-up on deliverables and services according to agreements.

 

Qualification:

 

Graduates having Bachelor’s degree with minimum 6+ years of IT experience

6-8 years of relevant domain knowledge within e.g. IT technology, IT system management, IT operations

Salesforce Service Cloud implementation experience preferred

Strong understanding of GxP, GDPR requirements

Experience in Agile and SDLC methodology

Pharma or relevant industry experience preferred

Excellent communication skills and comfortable working with different countries across multiple time-zones

High degree of flexibility and good interpersonal skills

Ability to collaborate and communicate with external parties, primarily with customers, vendors, and consultants

Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills

Self-managed, Demonstrate Pro-activeness and Ownership

Should have good conflict resolution and feedback skills
