As an AI Transformation Manager, you will:
- Drive AI transformation initiatives across commercial business functions, including USO, IO, and P&PS, leveraging Lean Six Sigma, Process Mining, AI Agents, Agentic workflows, and design thinking.
- Develop and implement AI strategies and solutions tailored to enhance commercial operations, decision-making, and end-to-end process transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, optimise, and capitalise on AI-driven opportunities.
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimise AI system performance to support and advance the goals of commercial business functions, incorporating automation to streamline processes.
- Represent the Digital & IT department in discussions related to AI innovation, strategy, and implementation.
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML development, deployment, or transformation, Automation projects. Certified in Lean Six Sigma process preferred.
- Proven experience in leveraging AI to drive digital transformation within IT or similar environments. –
- Proficiency in advanced AI technologies, machine learning frameworks, and IT systems. - Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other analytical languages. - Expertise in data engineering pipelines, statistical modelling, and cloud computing.
The Enterprise AI team develops and deploys scalable artificial intelligence solutions that improve business processes, decision-making, and customer experiences across the organization. They collaborate with domain experts to translate business needs into production-ready models, ensure data governance and compliance, and maintain reliable MLOps pipelines for continuous improvement. The team also drives AI adoption by providing tooling, best practices, and training to empower teams to use AI responsibly and effectively.The department enables all efforts towards bringing digital solutions to our patients across the globe.
