Our team is responsible for some of Novo Nordisk's most critical laboratory platforms and digital ecosystems, enabling laboratories across Research & Development and manufacturing globally.
Your new role
As our new Intern in Digital Laboratory Solutions, you will become part of a highly engaged international team working with digital laboratory solutions, data-driven decision-making, and emerging technologies such as AI. You will work closely with product owners, business analysts, architects, project managers, and laboratory subject matter experts while gaining insight into how digital solutions support pharmaceutical operations on a global scale.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Identifying opportunities to digitalize, automate and improve business processes, and helping drive selected initiatives from idea to implementation
- Identifying opportunities to create business value through AI and data analytics
- Conducting business analysis, stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand user needs and identify opportunities for improvement
- Preparing presentations, dashboards, reports, and communication material
- Challenging existing ways of working by applying Lean principles and identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve collaboration, and create business value through digital solutions and AI
- Supporting workshops, training sessions, and change management activities
- Contributing to strategic initiatives within Laboratory & PAT Solutions
You will be given meaningful responsibilities from day one and will have the opportunity to influence how we work with digital innovation in our area.

Within Enterprise IT & Quality, Laboratory & PAT Solutions (LAPS) serves as the digital partner for laboratories and analytical processes across Novo Nordisk globally. Our purpose is to enable the development, quality, and release of Novo Nordisk products through design, delivery, and management of enterprise laboratory systems and their ecosystems. - Are currently pursuing a Master's degree within Digital Business, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or Data Analytics
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Are comfortable working with data and digital tools
- Possess excellent communication skills in English
- Enjoy collaborating with stakeholders from different backgrounds
- Have a curious mindset and a passion for learning

Salary
This position is hourly paid. For this position, the hourly base rate is 178,71 DKK.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
