Let’s talk about the role
We are looking for a Senior Security Architect specializing in Manufacturing Security tools to work within Novo Nordisk’s Global Information Security (GIS) Department. As Senior Security Architect, you will be working with designing, implementing and operating security solutions that meet the needs of our organization. You will work closely with our engineering and security teams to ensure our manufacturing security set-up.
Your responsibilities are to:
- Provide security architecture guidance to Manufacturing related projects
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect industrial control systems with OT devices from threats and vulnerabilities
- Develop security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Configuration, operations, and maintenance of various manufacturing security tooling including IDS and OT network monitoring solutions
- Monitoring tooling and logs for malicious events, conduct investigations, and support SOC and Incident Response actions as necessary
Which competencies to bring?
As an ideal candidate you have:
- Proficiency in network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management
- Experience with development and maintaining of system documentation (e.g. risk assessments, SOP’s, Guidelines)
- Certified in ICS Security courses is an advantage. Knowledge about OT systems, preferably DCS, SCADA and PLC
- Experience with IT/OT requirement settings, design and testing
- Knowledge about the ISA/IEC 62443 Series of Standards
- Understanding of working in GxP regulated environments
- Experience implementing zero trust architecture is desired

The Global Information Security (GIS) Department is mandated to secure Novo Nordisk IT landscape. You will be employed in Global Security Operations that consists of teams in Denmark, USA and India. The activity level is high, and many major initiatives and projects are ongoing, making this an exciting place to work.
