About the role
You will be a key member of the Digital, Data & IT Product Supply Injectable Finished Products (DD&IT PS IFP) Strategy and Business Support department. You'll be instrumental in fostering continuous engagement with stakeholders across diverse organizational domains.

 

Your main responsibilities will be to:
•   Manage and keep track of DD&IT PS IFP Target Architecture and Technology Life-Cycle portfolio in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Ensure alignment and communication of timelines, changes in plans, risks, blockers and needed resources.
•    Establish standardized protocols governing the support and engagement mechanisms of DD&IT PS IFP with strategic initiatives discussed and presented in IFP management forums.
•    Champion and drive business development endeavours, leveraging your strategic acumen and industry insights.
•    Ensure and drive alignment across portfolios within DD&IT and IFP. 
•    Serve as the primary liaison for IFP stakeholders, cultivating strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met with precision and agility.

 

Which competencies to bring?
To excel in this role, we expect that you meet the majority of the following requirements:
•    A master’s / bachelor's degree within a relevant field.
•    Demonstrated expertise in Project/Programme portfolio Management, with a preference for proficiency in both waterfall and agile methodologies.
•    Proven track record of navigating intricate stakeholder landscapes spanning diverse functions, geographies, and cultural contexts.
•    Proficiency in Lean principles and a track record of driving process improvements and standardization initiatives.
•    Have fluency in both written and spoken English.

 

As a seasoned professional, you embody a curious, proactive mindset and possess formidable problem-solving abilities. Your outstanding stakeholder management skills enable you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels. You excel in analysing complex challenges and processes, adeptly distilling complexity into clear, actionable insights.

 

About the department
In Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT), we are driving change at the forefront of digital healthcare. We partner with the business to support digital transformation and innovation in all parts of the Novo Nordisk value chain – from idea to patient. We accelerate digital value creation through standardised, efficient, and secure technology platforms – the foundation for everything digital in Novo Nordisk.

 

You will join a department of around 10 people with a broad responsibility ranging from strategy execution, agile transformation via security to IT architecture. We support global PS IFP part, which supplies products for all therapeutic areas in Novo Nordisk. PS IFP is the largest unit in Product Supply, and we fill, assembly and pack all the insulin products in Novo Nordisk. We are approximately 10,000 people working in five different countries Brazil, China, Denmark, France, and USA operating seven factories/sites.
