Join Novo Nordisk as our new Senior Adoption Professional in Global Digital Workplace. In this role, you will turn digital workplace and AI strategies into impactful adoption, communication and change initiatives that enable new ways of working and create value for colleagues in their everyday work.
Your new role
As Senior Adoption Professional in Global Digital Workplace, you will be at the heart of how Novo Nordisk embraces new digital tools and ways of working. You will translate strategy into action — leading adoption, communication and change initiatives that help colleagues unlock the full value of our digital workplace portfolio.
Day-to-day your responsibilities will include:
- Leading communication, adoption and organisational change management activities for Digital Workplace products, services and transformation initiatives
- Developing and executing communication plans, campaigns and learning initiatives to support the rollout of new tools, features and ways of working
- Driving awareness and adoption of key capabilities, including M365 applications, M365 Copilot, end-user devices, meeting room technologies, Global Service Desk and self-service support solutions
- Enhancing the employee experience by governing and continuously improving communication channels and platforms, including SharePoint sites, ServiceNow content, Viva Engage groups and other related digital services
- Designing and delivering scalable learning and enablement initiatives for leaders and employees across regions and business areas globally
- Ensuring that Digital Workplace communication aligns with Novo Nordisk communication guidelines
- Representing Global Digital Workplace in interactions with internal stakeholders, external vendors and third-party delivery partners, engaging them to support successful implementation and value realisation.

Within Enterprise IT sits Global Digital Workplace — the team responsible for the digital services and platforms that enable colleagues across Novo Nordisk to communicate, collaborate and work effectively. Our portfolio includes M365, AI-powered tools, meeting room technologies, mobile devices, laptops and other workplace services that support everyday productivity and collaboration. You will join a team of highly skilled and dedicated colleagues and work in a global, cross-functional environment where your ability to connect technology with people will make a visible difference.
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented professional with strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities. You bring:
- A master's degree in Business Communications, Organisational Development, Digital Transformation or a related field, with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience within organisational change management, digital adoption, communication, training, employee enablement or a related discipline
- Proven experience in corporate communications, with the ability to translate complex and technical information into clear and impactful messages
- Experience in driving digital workplace adoption, organisational change management and AI enablement initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across a complex, global organisation
- Experience in developing communication plans, editorial guidance, adoption strategies, training and engagement activities
- Strong business and analytical skills, with the ability to use insights to improve services, products and processes
- Solid project management skills, including the ability to balance operational priorities with strategic initiatives
You are proactive with a solution-oriented mindset and a focus on continuous improvement and simplification. Fluency in English is a required.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 742,600 to 1,091,600 DKK (DK), corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
