Senior AI Training & Adoption Professional
Enterprise AI – AI Upskilling & Adoption
Denmark, Ballerup, Onsite
Are you the first‑mover who turns AI curiosity into everyday workflow value? Join Novo Nordisk’s Enterprise AI organisation to design, launch and scale AI training and adoption across 50,000+ colleagues: Building trust, capability and measurable impact at speed.
Your new role
As Senior AI Training & Adoption Professional you will architect and execute how AI becomes a trusted, daily capability across Novo Nordisk. You will join a team responsible for designing our internal AI training, ensure AI adoption along the value chain, build an ambassador network, drive leadership enablement, and instrument adoption analytics so that teams move from experiments to sustained workflow improvements.
You will:
- Design and deliver end‑to‑end AI enablement: learning paths, hands‑on training, micro‑learning, and train‑the‑trainer for knowledge workers, SMEs and leaders.
- Create domain‑specific “AI workflow scenarios” for EVP areas (initial focus could include Research and Commercial), translating real tasks into safe, repeatable AI practices.
- Build and facilitate and guide an AI Ambassador network in part of the line organisation to seed bottom‑up adoption and peer learning.
- Embed responsible AI: partner with Privacy, Security and governance teams to align training with policy, guardrails and model limitations.
- Run activation campaigns: stakeholder mapping, communications, showcases, nudges and reinforcement to sustain momentum.
- Support upper‑management materials: executive‑ready decks and narratives that make adoption status, outcomes and risks clear.
- Iterate fast: collect feedback, update content and scenarios every 3–6 months to match a rapidly evolving tool landscape.
Your new department
You will join Enterprise AI, a dynamic department dedicated to accelerating AI and agentic AI implementation across the entire value chain.
- Our mission is to collaborate closely with the business and colleagues across Enterprise IT to deliver truly transformative AI solutions.
- Our department of approximately 350 employees drives innovation and measurable impact across Novo Nordisk’s global operations.
Within Enterprise AI is the AI Upskilling and Adoption team. We are a small, high‑impact team of seven colleagues. We value pragmatism over hype, evidence over assumptions, and user‑centred, compliant adoption at enterprise scale. The role is based onsite in Ballerup (Copenhagen) and collaborates globally.
Your skills and qualifications
We’re looking for a self‑driven first‑mover who has put themselves in the driver’s seat of digital adoption and now ready to scale AI responsibly in a large enterprise:
- Must have: +5 years in L&D, Digital Adoption, Change Management, Digital Transformation or Enablement; proven global rollout experience.
- Must have: Experience leading enterprise AI or modern productivity tool adoption (e.g., M365 Copilot, internal multi‑model chat/assistants), with workflow specific training and champions networks.
- Must have education: Master’s degree or similar. We welcome diverse paths, e.g. Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Education/EdTech, Organisational Psychology, Communications, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science/AI/ML, Human–Computer Interaction or related fields.
- Strong learning design and delivery skills: curriculum architecture, blended delivery (self‑paced, virtual, in‑person), assessments and reinforcement mechanisms.
- Practical AI literacy: prompt and task design, workflow translation, model limitations, privacy/security considerations, and responsible AI principles.
- Adoption analytics: defining KPIs, working with usage data, and translating insights into iteration and leadership‑ready reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder skills: comfortable aligning diverse functions (AI engineering, Research, Commercial, Privacy, Security, Governance, Comms) and communicating with varying technical backgrounds.
