The position 

As an Advanced Business Analyst, you will play a key role in our Planning4Future team. Here are some of the responsibilities and tasks you will be involved in: 

  • Participate in design and enhancement activities, ensuring compatibility between new and existing solutions 

  • Act as the point of contact for infrastructure setup related to OMP, coordinating setup and changes to interfaces between OMP and internal systems 

  • Serve as the specialist for data and integration for planning systems OMP and SAP, including data extraction and loading, and analyzing data inconsistencies 

  • Drive planning-related changes within SAP PP/PI, MM, SD, GBT, and APO, covering customizing and development 

  • Support the operation and maintenance of planning solutions 

 

Qualifications 

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree probably within the fields of IT, engineering or a related field. Equivalent work experience with relevant certifications will also be considered 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP OMP/APO or other planning systems, with knowledge of product supply processes and data validation 

  • Experience in driving design workshops, coordinating infrastructure setup, troubleshooting integration problems, and driving planning related to changes 

  • Understanding systems integrations is a must, and experience in design and documentation of interfaces is beneficial 

  • Basic understanding of working with Agile principles and methodologies 

  • Proficiency in written and oral English
