Your new role

As a Project Manager in Global Integrations, you will own and drive delivery coordination across one or more integration platform teams, while playing a central role in shaping how the wider Global Integrations function operates. You will work closely with Integration Architects, DevOps Engineers, Service Managers, Developers, and key business stakeholders to ensure predictable delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Based in Denmark, you will be part of a globally distributed team with colleagues in Denmark and India.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead delivery planning and execution across integration platform teams, driving roadmaps, prioritisation, and proactive risk and dependency management.
  • Manage resource capacity and delivery commitments, ensuring effective planning, workload balancing, and visibility into team capacity and demand.
  • Drive governance, reporting, and financial management, including KPIs, budget tracking, forecasting, business case and investment proposal development, and executive reporting.
  • Champion continuous improvement by evolving delivery processes, operating models, and ways of working to increase transparency, predictability, and efficiency across global teams.
  • Enable the Global Integrations operating model by driving cross-team collaboration, coordinating delivery across programmes, and supporting the evolution of the function.

Within Enterprise IT & Quality sits Global Integrations, responsible for the enterprise integration strategy and for delivering and operating Novo Nordisk's core integration platforms – enabling secure, scalable and reliable connectivity across business applications, digital products, cloud services and external partners. We operate in a DevOps model with distributed teams across Denmark and India, continuously developing and evolving critical integration capabilities that support Novo Nordisk's digital transformation, AI agenda and business operations at scale.

 

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Project Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes ownership, and produces work to the highest professional standard – whether that's a delivery plan, a business case, an executive update or a stakeholder communication.

 

You'll bring with you:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role within technology/platform organisations or management consultancy, with a proven track record of independently planning, coordinating and delivering technology initiatives with quality outcomes.
  • Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams, combined with strong budget management, resource planning and management reporting experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills – with the confidence to engage both technical teams and senior leadership – and demonstrable ability to produce high-quality documentation, presentations and business outputs with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with integration technologies is a plus.

Salary:  For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 651,000.00 to 956,900.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

 

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
