Your new position

As a Project Change Manager in QMS Improvements & Strategy, your primary responsibility will be to drive communication and change management activities across various simplification projects that differentiate and simplify quality processes to ensure they are fit for purpose, accommodate different business needs, reduce complexity, and increase execution speed.

  • The projects will all have large business benefits across Novo Nordisk and involve implementation across all parts of the organisation.
  • Most projects are executed using a sprint-based way of working to enable rapid impact across the organization and you will adjust and apply communication and change management strategies ensuring organisational readiness and leadership commitment to the required changes and to ensure that we are successful in realising the project benefits.
  • You will drive communication and change management initiatives in the projects in close collaboration with the Project Manager, the project team and management representatives. You will for example: build and drive a network of local change agents, create and execute change management strategies and communication plans, facilitate implementation, minimise resistance and more.

The role is anchored in Ballerup, with close collaboration with stakeholders across the globe.

We work to reduce complexity and increase execution speed, ensuring quality processes support business growth while maintaining the highest standards for patient safety.

 

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for a Project Change Manager with strong leadership and change management capabilities. You'll bring a proactive, results-oriented mindset and a proven track record of driving meaningful change.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with communication and change management within a large-scale organisational change effort.
  • Proven track record of developing communication efforts and implementing change management initiatives to ensure the organisation’s adoption to required changes.
  • Extensive experience in stakeholder management and effective collaboration across organizational levels in large, complex organizations.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate complex subjects in an easy and understandable way.
  • Experience working within our quality management processes and experience with driving change management in agile setups will be an advantage.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • You hold a Bachelor of Science degree (BSc) as a minimum

 

You are described as resilient and structured, with a strong ability to collaborate across functions. You take a holistic and diplomatic approach and communicate effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels, presenting complex topics clearly and in an accessible manner.

Salary:  For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 651,000.00 to 956,900.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level,  location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
