Join our team as a Portfolio Analyst, where you’ll play a pivotal role in transitioning Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) in DD& IT PS from a transformational to an operational phase.
The position
As a Portfolio Analyst, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing LPM governance, processes data and tooling across multiple functional portfolios. The role will plan and coordinate cross-portfolio alignment and stakeholder relations with purpose of continuous improvement of LPM operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and preparing Strategic Portfolio Forum meetings as well as documenting and following up on the outcomes to ensure strategic alignment and efficient decision flow within DDIT PS.
- Actively engage in and facilitate Portfolio Management Community of Practice to foster knowledge sharing and support Portfolio Managers to execute according to common LPM standards.
- Documenting investment demand intake and provide data and reporting on initiative progress, risks, and outcomes to different stakeholder groups.
- Conducting training and communications, incl. onboarding of new LPM stakeholders, to drive LPM operational excellence and maintain consistency across functional portfolios.
- Developing and advocating LPM best practices and leading continuous improvement activities to enhance LPM process and governance frameworks.
- Defining functional requirements for LPM data model and tooling.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we’re looking for candidates who meet most of the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.
- Proven experience with designing, implementing and / or operating lean portfolio management (LPM) in a large complex organization.
- Good understanding of how LPM drives strategic alignment.
- Good understanding of SAFe Framework on Portfolio-level.
- Proven experience in analysing data and providing reporting to stakeholders, including business case / ROI evaluation and follow-up.
- Experience in collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- luency in spoken and written English.

About the department
You will join the Strategy & Portfolio Management team within DD&IT PS Technology Foundation & Transformation. The team’s role is to establish and ensure the optimal set-up for LPM including effective governance, streamlined processes, and data transparency enabling DD&IT PS to deliver value to Product Supply through aligning execution with strategy and consistent prioritization.
