We are searching for a results-oriented and passionate professional with a strong focus on OCM and effective communication.

 

As an Organisational Change Manager, you will lead efforts to implement effective change management strategies, ensuring smooth transitions and fostering a culture of adaptability within the organisation. Your dynamic approach will support enhanced communication across teams and departments while driving initiatives that align with organisational goals.

 

In this role you will also have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and apply change management strategies to ensure employee adoption and minimize resistance
  • Assess the impact of changes and create detailed change plans using OCM tools and methodologies
  • Support and educate Product Owners and other teams on effective change management practices
  • Facilitate effective communication within the department, particularly supporting the Cloud Centre of Excellence with stakeholder communication
  • Draft and edit emails, contribute to Global IT Operations newsletters, update internal webpages (SharePoint), engage on social media platforms like Viva Engage, and assist in preparing reports and presentations

 

Additionally, you will have the chance to tailor this role to your strengths by identifying and driving initiatives that align with your passions. This includes proposing and implementing data-driven improvements to support organisational goals or leading projects that enhance user experience. Your unique insights will be vital in shaping the direction of our projects and initiatives, ensuring operational effectiveness and contributing to a forward-thinking organisational culture.

Candidate profile

We are looking for a proactive individual with strong organisational and communication skills, adept at managing change in a fast-paced environment.

 

To succeed in this role, we imagine you fulfil most of the following qualifications:

 

  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree and previous experience in organisational change management combined with exceptional networking skills, preferably from a complex corporate setting
  • Understanding of IT & Digital and ability to translate between IT and business areas
  • Proven experience in corporate communication and strong English written and verbal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software

 

The team waiting for you

The position is based in Cloud and Corporate infrastructure. Part of Global IT Operations (GITO) - an area with 450+ employees distributed across more than 25 countries, managing our infrastructure operations and digital workplace services. The Cloud & Corporate Infrastructure department is responsible for the Cloud infrastructure, network architecture, operations and future development of the network in Novo Nordisk.
