The position

As a M&A Solution Architect, you will:

• Develop and implement architectural solutions and integration efforts during M&A pro-jects, especially in the infrastructure and IAM area.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to support due diligence activities and facilitate cross-functional decision-making.

• Translate M&A driven needs into requests for new technical solutions in the DD&IT or-ganization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the remaining part of DD&IT as well as colleagues across the architecture landscape to drive alignment and successful execution of M&A strategies.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements throughout the M&A pro-cess.

 

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Busi-ness Administration.

• 10+ years of experience in IT with some experience in IT integrations from large corpora-tions.

• Extensive knowledge of core IT infrastructure, e.g., network, AD (Active Directory), and IAM (Identity and Access Management).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build credibility and engage stake-holders at all levels.

Nice to have:

• Experience running M&A IT integrations in a complex environment.

• Industry knowledge from Pharma and GxP compliance or other highly regulated industries.

• Knowledge of various project management techniques.

• Ability to work independently and thrive in a busy and global environment.

On a personal level, you are a team player and can build relationships with col-leagues and stakeholders on all level of an organisation. You can work independently and thrive in a busy and global environment were priorities change, and fast decisions are needed to move on.

 

About the department

Our department is focusing mainly on the long tail activities in the Post Merger Integration phase and also technical support and projects across the Due Diligence and Integration phases. Our department is anchored in the M&A Core Team in Strategy & Transformation. We represent all of DD&IT in the M&A projects and have a diverse stakeholder landscape across Novo Nordisk. The job is based at our DD&IT headquarter in Ballerup, where we foster a collaborative and innovative atmosphere, ensuring alignment across DD&IT.
