Behind the Title
This role combines the responsibilities of an IT Project Manager and a Change & Transformation Partner, requiring a balance of strategic leadership, project execution, and change management expertise. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and measurable business impact.
In this role you will:
- In this role you will: Manage medium to large-scale transformation projects across all phases, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and cost objectives.
- Design and implement change management strategies to maximize engagement and impact across the organization.
- Collaborate with leaders, teams, and external vendors to drive successful project outcomes and transformation efforts.
- Establish governance structures, monitor project performance, and ensure compliance with Novo Nordisk’s Quality Management and Environmental, Health & Safety systems.
- Challenge the status quo by identifying opportunities for optimization and leveraging modern technology to drive efficiency.
Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we envision you have:
- A Master’s, Bachelor’s, or equivalent degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in IT project management, change management, or a similar role.
- Experience with change management methodologies and an ability to drive transformation across teams and business units.
- Experience in facilitating workshops.
- Fluency in English and excellent collaboration skills.

About the team
You will be joining DD&IT PS API (Product Supply, Active Pharmaceuticals Ingredients), which supports Novo Nordisk’s API manufacturing sites. API is responsible for manufacturing insulin and GLP-I based products and our API manufacturing facilities are among the largest in the world, handling fermentation, recovery, and purification of API.
As part of the IT Team you will be working with a global organization covering API sites in both Denmark and USA. You will have the support of highly skilled professionals who are dedicated to ensuring the success of our operations and large expansions projects. You will be part of a large, growing organization that works both physically together and in virtual teams.
