You’ll work in a complex stakeholder landscape and act as a bridge between IT and business—ensuring architectural guidance is relevant, accessible, and actionable.

Your main responsibility:
You will drive and own EA initiatives and products—from development to implementation—ensuring they are maintained, continuously improved, and embedded across the organisation. You’ll coordinate development efforts, drive adoption, and work closely with stakeholders to maximise value and usability.

Key responsibilities include:

•    Driving stakeholder engagement and fostering a strong architectural community.

Which competencies to bring
We imagine you bring a strategic mindset, technical understanding, and strong stakeholder management skills. You’re not just a thinker—you’re a doer who thrives in an environment where you both define direction and get things done.

•    Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
•    6+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or IT strategy roles.
•    A proven track record of leading digital transformation and stakeholder engagement.
•    Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and data management.
•    Experience in frameworks like SAFe, GxP, or other auditable environments is an advantage.

As a person, you are a clear and confident communicator, able to engage effectively across all levels of the organization and different disciplines. You bring an analytical mindset and a strategic approach to your work, always keeping the bigger picture in focus.
