As EVP Strategy Partner, you will help shape and move forward the strategic agenda across Enterprise IT & Quality. From day one, you will bring structure and forward-looking perspectives to complex leadership processes, enabling faster, clearer decisions. Your work will connect corporate strategy with EVP-area priorities, turning direction into tangible outcomes that help Novo Nordisk stay close to the business and reach millions of people living with serious chronic diseases.

What you'll bring

We are looking for someone who thrives in complexity and combines strategic maturity with collaborative leadership. You will bring:

• A Master's degree within a related field and approximately 5 years of relevant or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience in cross-functional business support, complex organisational environments, or consultancy, strategy or management advisory work
• Strong experience with organisational processes, programme coordination, and portfolio or governance structures
• The ability to design and maintain structure in complex leadership processes
• High integrity, sound judgement and professional maturity, with the ability to manage complexity calmly
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation
• A strong leadership presence in senior leadership environments and fluency in English
• A solid understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain or other regulated environments (would be an advantage)

What you'll do

You will act as a strategic anchor for the EVP area, creating the clarity and momentum needed to move priorities forward. You will:

• Own and drive critical strategic processes across the EVP area, including annual wheel activities, ad hoc analysis and executive-level presentations that inform leadership decisions
• Anchor the Vision and Strategy process, ensuring alignment between the corporate strategy, the EVP-area strategy and priorities across EVP-1 areas
• Establish and maintain the operating rhythm for the Enterprise IT & Quality Leadership Team, including agendas, cadences, decision forums and structured follow-up
• Facilitate the EVP and EVP-1 Leadership Teams on strategic, organisational and financial matters, providing the structure and insight needed for effective decisions
• Lead governance processes, including portfolio reviews and budget cycles with Finance, and organisational development activities that evolve our capabilities and ways of working
• Support alignment of the enterprise digital, data and AI agenda across all EVP areas, and provide advisory support on change management and strategy implementation

Who you'll work with

You will join the Enterprise IT & Quality Executive Office, a business area that drives impact across the full Novo Nordisk value chain and stays close to stakeholders in the business to deliver on their needs.

You will work directly with the EVP and the Leadership Team and collaborate broadly across EVP-1 areas, Finance and functions throughout the organisation. The scope is global, so you will bring different perspectives together, create clarity around priorities, and help teams move from decision to action at speed.

The position is based in Denmark and the scope of work is global; limited travel abroad for meetings may be required. You will be supported to perform at your best while being trusted to take ownership and make your voice heard.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 847,000.00 to 1,245,100.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position. Placement within the range is assessed during recruitment based on the candidate's skills, competencies, knowledge and relevant experience. The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives and other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
