Your leadership will strengthen how the organisation priorities, governs and tracks its AI investments.
What you’ll bring
You are a leader who creates clarity in a complex global organisation, develops capable teams and brings senior stakeholders together around shared priorities. You combine strategic portfolio leadership with a practical understanding of digital and AI delivery.
- Significant experience in enterprise portfolio management, digital or AI transformation, strategy or business partnering, including leadership of a team or function.
- A proven ability to lead and develop people, set clear expectations and enable specialists to deliver across organisational boundaries.
- Experience shaping enterprise priorities with senior business and product leaders, resolving trade-offs and aligning digital portfolios across multiple business domains.
- Proven experience establishing value frameworks and benefits tracking with business owners and Finance, supported by evidence-based executive reporting.
- Experience building demand-intake and prioritisation practices that turn business needs into clear initiatives with accountable owners and agreed outcomes.
- A relevant master’s degree in business, engineering, technology, data, economics or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
You will also bring a practical understanding of Data and AI and broader digital product lifecycles, including discovery, rapid prototyping, delivery, adoption, value measurement, responsible AI and risk considerations. Fluent written and spoken English is essential. Experience from life sciences, pharmaceuticals or another regulated industry would be useful, but is not essential.
What you’ll do
- Lead and develop the Enterprise AI Portfolio & Value team, establishing clear priorities and accountabilities while building the team’s capabilities.
- Own the end-to-end Enterprise AI portfolio, providing a transparent view across domain AI use cases, rapid prototyping and Data and AI Platform capability development.
- Scale the Enterprise AI value framework, agreeing value commitments, measures and benefits tracking with business owners and Finance.
- Oversee demand intake, prioritisation and routing, aligning business stakeholders and product teams on which opportunities to initiate, postpone or redirect.
- Connect Enterprise AI with digital portfolios across the business, balancing value, cost and capacity to support investment and resource decisions.
- Own portfolio governance and monthly value reporting to Enterprise AI and executive leadership, ensuring reliable data, clear decisions and an evidence-based value narrative.
You will also support value tracking connected with key strategic partners. This will involve working with partnership owners, business stakeholders and Finance to agree expected outcomes and report progress.
