Your new role

As Business Partner and Project Manager you will act as deputy for VP of AI foundation. You will assist setting direction for the department, orchestrate key internal and external events. You will also contribute to strategy development and lead complex projects with significant business impacts.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

• Lead complex digital and IT projects with big business impact (up to DKK100m)
• Manage executive schedules, actions and communications
• Support department planning and operation execution
• Facilitate departmental meetings and documentation
• Assist in IT policy, operating model and strategy development
• Cross-Functional Collaboration

Your skills & qualifications

We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

• You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• You have 5+ years of experience in strategy or business consulting.
• You have proven experience as an EA and/or management with Digital teams and proven experience in financial accounting and budget management
• You have experience managing complex projects in a matrix organization.
• Yu have experience working with cross-functional distributed teams
• Knowledge of Data and Analytics / AI is an advantage.
• Fluency in oral and written English.

As a person you have strong communication skills and are able to communicate clearly at all levels and with complex stakeholders. You adapt quickly to changing environments and work comfortably with ambiguity, prioritizing a busy daily workload and multitasking effectively. You have strong strategic, reasoning, and analytical skills to identify opportunities and improve business processes. You demonstrate exceptional organizational and time-management abilities and you handle confidential information with discretion and trustworthiness.
