Your new role
As Associate AI Adoption Director, you will play a key role in driving enterprise-wide AI adoption through structured execution, upskilling, and stakeholder alignment.
You will:

Lead the execution of a key AI transformation initiative focused on upskilling, ensuring progress tracking and alignment with programme objectives

Translate AI strategy into actionable adoption plans across EVP areas, ensuring alignment with business priorities and operational needs

Design and deliver scalable AI training and enablement materials, including train-the-trainer programmes to empower AI Champions

Drive ownership of AI adoption within EVP areas, ensuring execution and follow-through of adoption plans

Establish a consistent and scalable approach to AI enablement across platforms, initiatives, and business areas
Your new department
You will join the AI Upskilling and Adoption team within AI Employee Experience & Enablement. The team is responsible for ensuring AI literacy, capability, and adoption across Novo Nordisk, enabling employees to confidently integrate AI into their daily work.
Working in a global and cross-functional environment, you will collaborate with enterprise AI teams, platform stakeholders, EVP representatives, and AI Champions to drive a shift from centralised initiatives to distributed ownership of AI adoption.

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused professional with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities.
You bring:

Experience driving AI adoption, digital transformation, or capability-building initiatives

Proven ability to translate strategic priorities into structured and actionable execution plans

Experience working across complex, cross-functional, and global organisational environments

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse audiences

A relevant higher education degree or equivalent experience in business, digital transformation, learning, or a related field

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 847,000 to 1,245,100 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
