In the Commercial Data & AI Solutions team, we are on an exciting journey to build the capabilities required to drive the commercial business in the rapidly evolving world of data and AI.
Your key responsibilities include:
1. Strategic Business Partnership & AI Advisory
- Partner with Commercial leaders to identify, pressure-test, refine, and scope business challenges into actionable AI and advanced analytics initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to senior business leadership on AI opportunities, risks, capabilities, and implementation approaches.
- Build strong partnerships across functions within Commercial Line of business.
- Translate complex business challenges into scalable AI-enabled solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Recommend standards, best practices, operating models, and governance frameworks for AI solution delivery and adoption.
- Mentor and coach business stakeholders to increase AI literacy and organizational capability.
- Drive alignment between AI initiatives and enterprise strategic objectives.
2. AI Use Case & Portfolio Management
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI, analytics, and data products from ideation through deployment and value realization.
- Manage a portfolio of high-impact AI and analytics initiatives.
- Facilitate use case discovery, qualification, prioritization, and business case development.
- Define success metrics, KPIs, value realization plans, and business outcomes.
- Translate business requirements into technical concepts, delivery roadmaps, and solution architectures.
- Ensure alignment with Novo Nordisk strategy, governance standards, compliance requirements, data privacy policies, and Responsible AI principles.
- Continuously assess project risks, dependencies, and value realization opportunities.
3. Delivery Leadership & Execution Excellence
- Lead and manage complex, cross-functional AI transformation initiatives spanning multiple business units and functions.
- Coordinate across Commercial, EAI functions, technology teams, external vendors, and strategic partners to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity of objectives, scope, timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Drive business case development, project planning, delivery governance, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
- Facilitate workshops focused on problem framing, solution design, prioritization, requirements gathering, and acceptance criteria definition.
- Support architecture and technology decisions in partnership with Data Science, AI Engineering, Platform, and Architecture teams.
- Influence & maintain product roadmaps and investment priorities based on business needs, technical feasibility, and strategic value.
4. Stakeholder Management & Change Leadership
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and key decision-makers.
- Drive stakeholder engagement throughout the AI delivery lifecycle.
- Prepare and present executive-level updates, recommendations, risks, and value realization reports.
- Lead organizational change management activities to accelerate AI adoption.
- Ensure solutions are operationalized and embedded into business processes.
- Foster collaboration across technical and non-technical teams to drive successful outcomes.
5. Team Leadership & Capability Development
- Oversee day-to-day operations of project activities and AI engagement initiatives.
- Drive prioritization of projects, activities, and resource allocation to maximize business value and strategic impact.
- Coach, mentor, and develop project team members.
- Promote best practices, reusable frameworks, and continuous improvement across the AI delivery organization.
- Contribute to talent development and capability-building initiatives.
6. Governance, Risk & Responsible AI
- Establish and maintain governance structures for AI project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to Responsible AI principles and enterprise governance standards.
- Drive risk identification and mitigation across AI initiatives.
- Support audit, compliance, legal, privacy, and security requirements.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
7. Innovation & External Ecosystem
- Stay current with advancements in AI, Generative AI, analytics technologies, and industry trends.
- Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to create business value.
- Support relationships with external technology partners, vendors, and consulting organizations.

We are in the process of hiring a team of exceptionally ambitious AI Product Managers. To achieve this, we are looking for pivotal partners to the business, responsible for translating complex business problems into solutions within the realms of data, analytics & AI. This role demands a deep commercial business acumen as well as the ability to manage the full development lifecycle of data, analytics & AI-driven projects.
The AI Product Manager serves as the strategic bridge between commercial business stakeholders and Data & AI delivery teams, ensuring that AI investments translate into measurable business outcomes.
This role combines business consulting, AI advisory, portfolio management, change leadership, and delivery oversight. The AI Product Manager partners with senior leaders across commercial functions to identify, shape, prioritize, and execute high-value AI initiatives while ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy, governance, compliance requirements, and Responsible AI principles.
The role is accountable for accelerating time-to-value, driving adoption, and maximizing business impact through effective stakeholder engagement, governance, delivery leadership and de-risking AI programs.
Skills & Qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, AI transformation, AI delivery, analytics, product management, or program leadership.
- Minimum 5 years of managing complex cross-functional Data & AI initiatives.
- Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior executives and business leaders.
- Experience delivering Data, Analytics, Machine Learning, or Generative AI solutions.
- Experience developing enterprise-scale data strategies and AI roadmaps.
- Ability to provide visionary leadership for AI product development.
- Experience influencing strategic decisions through data science and analytics.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams (data engineering, ML engineering, analytics, product, operations) and external vendors.
- Strong awareness of ethical and responsible AI practices.

Salary
For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 847,000.00 to 1,245,100.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
