Your new role
As AI Product Owner in Global Manufacturing & Supply AI Solutions, you will own strategic AI initiatives across global manufacturing or global supply chain. Operating at the intersection of business and technology, you will provide direction and leadership for complex AI initiatives — creating alignment, making informed decisions and ensuring solutions deliver sustainable and measurable business value.
Your responsibilities will include:

Shaping high-value AI opportunities with manufacturing and supply chain leaders, turning business needs into product vision, roadmaps and priorities

Leading AI products from discovery through deployment, adoption and value realisation, with clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria

Owning and prioritising roadmaps and backlogs based on business value, feasibility, risk and dependencies

Leading complex cross-functional AI initiatives across business and technology teams, removing barriers to accelerate delivery

Acting as a trusted AI advisor, influencing senior stakeholders and ensuring compliance with Responsible AI, governance, security and regulatory requirements

Within Enterprise IT & Quality, our Global Manufacturing & Supply AI Solutions team is on a mission to harness the power of AI to transform how Novo Nordisk manufactures and delivers life-saving medicines. We are a team of curious minds combining strong business understanding, technical insight and a shared drive to turn complex challenges into solutions that create measurable impact. We are currently looking for two AI Product Owners to take leading roles in shaping and delivering our strategic AI initiatives.
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive colleague who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. You'll bring with you:

A master's degree within engineering, computer science, data science, information systems or another relevant discipline, or equivalent experience

Experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager, AI transformation lead, technology consultant or in a comparable role

Solid understanding of AI and machine-learning concepts, combined with practical experience delivering AI-enabled solutions and sufficient technical depth to engage credibly with specialist teams and guide product decisions

Demonstrated ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable data, analytics or AI-enabled solutions
-
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams such as data scientists, AI/ML engineers, data engineers, architects, business experts and external partners
-
Strong stakeholder-management skills and experience influencing senior stakeholders in a complex or matrixed organisation.
Experience from manufacturing, supply chain or another highly regulated environment will be considered a strong advantage. Knowledge of GxP, manufacturing or supply chain systems and technologies such as SAP, OMP, PLC, SCADA, DCS, historians or industrial data platforms would also be beneficial.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 742,600.00 to 1,091,600.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
