The position
In this role, you will be attached to a primary department. Here, you will contribute significantly through your role in supporting the implementation of our cLEAN initiatives. You will be assigned a primary focus area, which you are responsible for developing and improving across the entire AMSAT QC. This will give you a unique opportunity to assume leadership, exert influence and make a tangible difference in our organization.

As the cLEAN Professional for QC Operational Excellence at Novo Nordisk, you will become an integrated part of our team where your tasks and responsibilities will include:

•    Actively participate in leading and supporting our work with performance management and strategy (Hoshin Kanri (HK)). Your task will be to ensure that these processes are aligned with our CVP area's goals and ambitions.
•    Help identify potential for process improvements locally in the QC departments, at a strategic level and assist in their implementation.
•    Facilitating and sharing best practices across CVP areas, AMSAT QC and Product Supply (PS). This happens through the cLEAN Partner Network, cLEAN Academy and other channels.
•    You will be involved in supporting strategic projects, integrating cLEAN perspectives into the planning and execution of these projects. This will take the form of participating in project teams, contributing insights from cLEAN principles, and identifying opportunities for improvement through these initiatives.

Qualifications
As a successful candidate, we expect you to have:
•    Experience with Lean or similar methodologies for driving continuous improvement is highly preferred.
•    GMP knowledge and previous work experience with implementation of changes, and competencies in project management.
•    A solid understanding of business processes and the ability to easily navigate in a complex organizational environment.
•    Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across the organization. You should be able to convey complex ideas in a clear and tactful way.
•    The ability to make data-driven decisions, and prioritize and handle multiple tasks at the same time. You have good analytical skills, and you are self-driven and solution oriented.

Advanced education in business, engineering, operations management or equivalent is an advantage, but experience from the pharmaceutical industry is equally valued.

A certain degree of flexibility is necessary, as the role may require work in the area's various departments on Zealand.
