The position 

The cLEAN® Academy Manager will be responsible for managing a team of 2-3 cLEAN® and training professionals, including a cLEAN® Academy Programme Manager and an Academy Content lead. Reporting to the Head of Training Technology & Standards, the Manager will ensure that the Academy offerings meet the needs of the global organization and improve the effective use of cLEAN® tools and standards across the value chain. Last but not least, you will be a member of the cLEAN® Operational Team in Product Supply.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

•   Manage a team of cLEAN® and training professionals according to the Novo Nordisk Way

•   Provide direction on how training solutions are developed and offered to the organization and cLEAN® community

•   Owner and key responsible for the cLEAN® Leadership Programmes offered to Leaders in Novo Nordisk

•   Drive sharing of best practices and success stories to continuously increase the cLEAN® maturity level

•   Implement necessary support structures to ensure sustainability e.g., cLEAN® roadmap, coaching structures

•   Presentations to and alignment of services with the cLEAN® Steering Committee in Product Supply

 

As the cLEAN® Academy Manager will also be responsible for managing the cLEAN® Leadership Programmes offered to Leaders in Product Supply. Along with the team, the Manager will be the primary contact for internal stakeholders and external contacts and will work to benefit from internal communities of practice.

 

The job is in Bagsværd, Denmark, and flexible working conditions will be provided.

 

Qualifications

You will be a great asset to our team because you have:

 

•   Proven track record of succeeding in driving continuous improvement projects and hands-on experience in driving operational excellence initiatives

•   Extensive experience within cLEAN®in a production environment, as a LEAN/cLEAN® partner or in a leadership position

•   3+ years of experience in people management, which has allowed you to hone your leadership and communication skills

•   Thorough understanding of how to identify and enable training solutions towards a global audience (experience within the development of training academies and content is not a prerequisite but an advantage)

•   Strong change management and stakeholder management skills

•   A keen interest in the possibilities that digitalization brings, particularly when combined with LEAN/cLEAN®methodologies.

•   Full professional proficiency in both English and Danish, as well as a relevant academic degree.

 

As a person, you have excellent communication and leadership skills which enable you to build effective working relationships and influence others when needed. You understand business needs and connect the strategy accordingly. You enjoy working close to the line of business (the operational setting), as well as in a complex and high-paced environment with senior-level management stakeholders.

 

About the department

The position is in the team Training Technologies & Standards (TT&S), which is anchored in the Global People & Organisation (HR), in the department of Training & Capability Building, consisting of 100+ training professionals. We focus specifically on job-specific training supporting employees working within the regulated production areas in Product Supply, Quality & IT.

 

The cLEAN® Academy team is anchored within TT&S as a small team with strong cLEAN® capabilities and services towards the line of business and the cLEAN® community. TT&S is globally responsible for the training standards used in the production areas, competence development offerings to the global training organization and LoB, the development of digital content such as videos and e-learning, and the use of technologies such as AR and VR in regulated training. The team consists of experienced Learning & Development Consultants and Training Developers responsible for setting direction and supporting the global training organization and the end users at the local production sites.
