The Position
As a Warehouse Capacity and Finance Manager at Novo Nordisk, your responsibilities will include:

Lead mid-term capacity planning and forecasts for external warehouses, and align as well as communicate these plans to key stakeholders.

Develop and maintain warehouse capacity planning and utilisation models
-
Analyse logistics master data and initiate improvements, where/when required
-
Analyse, prepare and recommend midterm capacity and network changes
-
Ensure continuous link between short & long term forecasting
-
Design governance and drive budgeting and finance reporting across external warehouses
-
Prepare performance and health reports based on BI Dashboards reports and ad hoc analyses

Monitor capacity pipeline
Qualifications
The successful candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
-
Proficiency in data analysis and an analytical mindset
-
Strong collaborator with stakeholders from other business areas (“Customers”)
-
Strong understanding of, and 5+ years’ experience with, warehouse operations, inventory management, material flows, and logistics processes
-
Experience with supply chain planning processes across horizons
-
Able to manage smaller projects
-
General business acumen with the skills to analyse and prepare investment cases
-
Ability to understand “customer” processes, material flows and priorities
About the department
You will join a team of 6 logistics managers, working tightly together to ensure streamlined processes and professional deliveries through our Warehouse Centre of Excellence. The department plays a pivotal role that spans across SVP areas, regional offices, and production sites globally, significantly influencing Novo Nordisk's capacity to deliver to various markets. While the primary work location is in Bagsværd, occasional travel to sites and affiliates outside Denmark is anticipated.
