The position 
In this position you will be on the front-line, gaining knowledge about the user’s needs, and helping to translate this into digital products fit for purpose. You will be part of shaping a new patient support solution for people living with obesity, and will be working with a small team of UX-minded colleagues, scoping and iterating until we get it right. 

 

Overall, you will drive the process from early UX research such as doing UX reviews, drawing wireframes, creating mock-ups and conducting usability tests on early prototypes and standard IT systems. It is an advantage if you are familiar with working agile and that you have good collaboration skills, as you will be working in a cross-functional, multidisciplinary team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Designing workflows and wireframes based on insights and best practice
  • Prototyping design solutions and collaborating around UX concepts with relevant stakeholders
  • Iterate concepts actively with prototypes at multiple levels of design fidelity
  • Develop new features and take learnings from existing ones
  • Drive and facilitate workshops to understand and scope the features

 

Qualifications
The ideal candidate has:

  • Master’s degree in Digital Design, Business, IT or another relevant field and 5+ years experience with solid knowledge of design thinking principles  
  • Experience as an interaction oriented Senior UX designer (Product designer), who is stronger in the structuring of the user experience (workflow and wireframes) along with experience in working with product teams (UX research, PO, dev, test and operations) 
  • Demonstrated track record of driving UX design in teams that have shipped quality software across web and mobile to several products while driving the design of innovative solutions that solves the requirements and guides the users
  • Strong communication and can frame strong rationales for design decisions in the business, technical and user context that persuade peers and executives
  • Experience in working with design systems

The Digital Accelerator is the home of the Outliers - a team of people who are wired differently. We are anchored in the Digital Incubator & Innovation unit in Global IT. Our purpose is to a drive cultural change through partnering with the business to accelerate digital innovation.
