The position
You will be part of “AM Brownfield Site Integration”, a newly established unit in Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing (PS AM). The unit aims to maximize production capacities at acquired sites and integrate them into Novo Nordisk, aligning with the PS AM operating model. It is a fantastic opportunity to have a global impact at Novo Nordisk and enable us to serve even more of patients worldwide.

The overall responsibilities will be to be TSA Partner facilitating the transition services agreements between two merging entities. You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of the TSA (Transition Service Agreement), ensuring compliance with its terms, and enable the TSA exit planning.

 

The specific responsibilities will include:

  • Post Merger Integration: Enable business continuity and there after independency of the three manufacturing sites and Swiss entity from RemainCo of all entanglements solved via TSAs. 
  • Program planning & governance: Setup above described structure through planning workshops and continuously interaction with key stakeholders. Furthermore facilitate on-going planning and prioritization activities across various steering groups and ensure communication of changes and current version of plan. Ensure close collaboration with Senior Program Managers and Program planner to anchor TSA exit plans and deliverables in a Schedule/Planning system. Finally ensure close collaboration and sparring with workstream and work package owners and drivers and Local site Integration teams. 
  • Change management: Ensure local and global engagement by conducting change management and apply change management principles in the program planning based on solid and clear direction on requirements for TSA Exiting.
  • Monitoring & reporting: Setup monitoring systems and KPIs to follow up on exit progress, service delivery, costing and risk as well as reporting on program performance to various levels in the organization.
  • TSA Management: Oversee the implementation and management of the TSAs, ensuring that all services and obligations are fulfilled as per the agreed terms.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential risks and challenges associated with the TSA exit planning, service delivery and costing, and develop mitigation.
  • Integration Planning: Contribute to the development of integration plans, timelines, and activities, and actively provide input to the overall integration program planning.
  • Communication and Documentation: Maintain clear and effective communication channels regarding TSA progress, issues, and resolutions, and ensure accurate documentation of all TSA-related activities.

 

In this role, you can expect 5-10 days per year of global travels. 


Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have: 

  • An Academic degree in business management combined with experience from Mergers and acquisitions (M&A), Post merger integration (PMI) and TSA management.
  • Knowledge and insights from a pharmaceutical company. 
  • A good diagnostic, analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to think strategically and translate business strategies into tangible actions.
  • Ability to work in different cultures that will allow you to become an ambassador for Novo Nordisk values.
  • Professional proficiency in verbal and written English.

About the department
The AM Brownfield department at Novo Nordisk is responsible for integrating newly acquired sites into our organization. It is a part of Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing (PS AM), which is the largest unit in Product Supply and supplies products for all therapeutic areas in Novo Nordisk. 

PS AM is the largest unit in Product Supply, and we are responsible for all aseptic manufacturing in Novo Nordisk. We are more than 12,300 people working in five different countries (Brazil, China, Denmark, France and USA) operating seven factories/sites.
