About the department
As Transfer Planner, you will be part of Supply Flexibility team within Global Supply Chain Planning. The team consists of 7 dedicated colleagues, and we operate in an informal work environment and provide opportunities to grow both as a person and professionally. Our main goal is to ensure optimal flexibility and utilization of the global production network, by providing transparency across the organization, in addition to plan and execute production site transfers in a timely and robust manner.
The position
As a Transfer Planner you will play a key role in our Supply Flexibility team. Across your tasks, you will have a close collaboration with different team members and other departments, ensuring that our transfers and project deliverables are met. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Driving and coordinate the country transfer processes, working closely with stakeholders throughout the organization.

Ensuring knowledge and understanding of our transfer process is used to further increase flexibility and utilization of our global production network.

Continuous development of our systems and processes
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate for the position has:
-
At least a degree in supply chain, Engineering, Finance, or a similar field
-
2-4 years relevant work experience at a large company, preferably within life science.

A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with a holistic mindset and good stakeholder management skills
-
System experience with advanced planning systems such as OMP or alike is considered an advantage.
As a person, you are a self-starter who thrives with driving tasks and cross organisational tasks independently and you are motivated by ambitious goals. Additionally, you are a team player and work in a structured way and have a talent for planning and following-up while keeping a focus on both quality and results.
