The position
As a Training Project Manager, you will support structured and rapid competence de-velopment through the successful execution of training projects, ensuring high opera-tional performance. Your efforts will help meet the growing demand and improve the daily work experiences of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects to enhance human performance through effective training solu-tions.
- Understand business challenges and identify training needs accordingly
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop training content.
- Implement and anchor training and performance support solutions across business areas.
- Measure and evaluate the impact of project deliveries, focusing on increased performance, reduced "time-to-perform," and elimination of waste/complexity.
- Spend significant time on the shop floor to understand stakeholder needs.
- Travel between various Danish Novo Nordisk locations and occasionally abroad.

Qualifications
Our ideal candidate has a bachelor’s or master’s degree, supplemented with an interest in education (workplace learning), training and/or learning & development, (occupa-tional) psychology, behavioural economics combined with:
- Excellent project management skills, which includes being able to establish pro-ject plans and execute projects from start to finish
- Data driven approach to problem-solving, a structured approach to task man-agement and a continuous improvement mindset (LEAN)
- Relevant project management experience, preferably in a regulated environ-ment (GxP).
- Experience in learning and development (L&D) is an advantage.
- Effective communication skills in English; Danish proficiency is an advantage.
- Knowledge of instructional design (e.g., ADDIE, 5Di) and adult learning princi-ples.

About the department
Our team, Quality Onboarding and Training, operates within NNQ People & Organisa-tion and drives training initiatives across Novo Nordisk. Our responsibilities have ex-panded from developing and overseeing our central training offering to NNQ, to en-compassing more central training activities across NN. Currently, our team consists of 8 skilled colleagues, including Training Professionals, Training Project Managers, and Programme Leads. By 2025, the team is set to grow larger. We engage in diverse and exciting tasks and projects across the organization, fostering an ambitious, motivated, and dedicated working environment. Emphasizing flexibility and collaboration across various skill sets, we effectively tackle diverse tasks and projects.
