The position
As Training Project Manager you will work closely with multiple stakeholders to support optimal training and increasing human performance. You will contribute with analysis, design, and development of simple and effective training solutions to cover training needs and solve business problems.

 

Your main responsibilities will be: 

  • Supporting site Bohumil in Czech Republic with implementation of Novo Nordisk Training standards. 
  • Driving improvement projects related to training, e.g “time-to-skill” tracks.
  • Maintaining and broadening Novo Nordisk training concept across our area.

 

In this role, a minimum of 20 travel days per year are expected.
 

You will have access to our global training organisation, and you will work closely with API Pilots Job Function Coordinators, Training Supporter and Training Partners in similar position.
 

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we imagine that you have an academic degree within science, engineering, adult learning, organisational development, psychology, or a similar field. Furthermore, we image the ideal candidate to have:
 

  • +5 years of experience with basic training knowledge (learning formats, learning objectives, assessment and evaluation of training and training effectiveness)
  • Project Manager experience - Able to drive a project to completion, engaging project members and key stakeholders
  • Structured working approach 
  • Fluent in Danish and English, written and oral

 

API and GMP knowledge is not required. Necessary training will be provided.
 

About the department
As the support function for CMC API Pilots, we specialize in Lean, Training, Digitalization, Quality control, Data Modelling, health and Safety, supply chain, IT and Data management across our production sites located in Gentofte and Bagsværd. Our department of 40 skilled professionals, who bring with them solid experience from Novo Nordisk, are highly motivated and dedicated to meeting the complex demands of our production facilities.
