The position

In this role of Training Professional, you will play a central role in in ensuring the most effective, efficient, and compliant training and competence development best suited for the business area. You will support a QA department and collaborate with many different stakeholders globally.   You will have the opportunity to routinely contribute to maintaining the QA qualifications as well as partake in improvement initiatives to enhance the overall training setup for the department.  
 
Main responsibilities will include:
•    Support management in ensuring effective, efficient and compliant training and competence development setup
•    Support employees with training related task and developing efficient training 
•    Identifying needs for optimization and improvement in training setups both locally and across entire department and/or CVP area when relevant 
•    Provide support to identify, assign relevant & necessary training just in time
•    Ensure that high quality training materials are produced adhering to standards and uploaded correctly into our systems. 
•    One point of entry to the department on training
•    Handle the training administration in the training system (e.g. ISOTrain, STA) 
 
Finally, collaborate across the organization to guide and develop training solutions which are necessary and efficient to solve business problems and ensure that training is lifted to highest possible level in the organization. 
 
Qualifications

The ideal candidate could be either experienced or newly educated, the most important is that you have a continuous improvement mindset. This is the right job for you if you are passionate, self-driven and thrive when making a meaningful impact. 
 
To succeed in this role, you:
•    Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree within education related subjects
•    Preferably have knowledge in adult learning principles to create training solutions
•    Have great change and stakeholder management skills
•    Are fully proficient on both English and Danish

 

It will be seen as an advantage if you have experience from working with training and/or learning in a regulated environment. Furthermore, you possess excellent communication and planning skills. 

 

On a personal level, you are motivated by solving problems, curious in seeing opportunities and driving change; your mindset enables you to challenge status quo and positively deal with stakeholder resistance. You take ownership of your own task, like to take initiative and are service minded.

 

About the Department

Injectables Finished Products (IFP) QA Site BA department consisting of approx. 60 dedicated and engaged employees situated in Bagsværd. IFP QA Site BA plays an important role in assuring the quality of injectable products produced in Site BA.  By joining us you will get the chance to have direct experience in supporting QA tasks, influence and shape the way we work.   We are always striving for better practice whether it’s through simplifying our processes or driving various improvement initiatives, all of which contributes to our responsibility of ensuring the medicines produced are of high quality for the patients.
