The position

As our training coordinator, you will be responsible for administration of MSAT training as well as the development of new training in close collaboration with our subject matter experts. You will also play a role in implementing training initiatives from Product Supply (PS) Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) Training into MSAT.

 

Your main tasks will be:

  • Take charge of daily training management in our system, serving as the go-to person for all training-related aspects and best practices for our Line of Business (LoB)
  • Gather and analyse data to determine the most effective forms and applications of training, and stay current on novel and innovative training methodologies to optimise our processes
  • Ongoing development of training in MSAT by facilitating current and future needs and embedding new tools and ways of working in our daily operations and systems
  • Oversee training curriculum development, tool integration, internal training and platform-based onboarding for seamless capability transition
  • Build understanding and engagement in MSAT and ensuring they grasp learning objectives, needs, timelines, and impact

 

Additionally, you are responsible for setting the direction for training in MSAT in close collaboration with leaders and training coordinators across MSAT. You will also collaborate with your administrative support to ensure academy events are planned and executed seamlessly, as well as other cross-functional tasks.

 

Qualifications

We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of work experience in training is required, preferably in a global role
  • Experience in manufacturing and manufacturing development, with knowledge of GSP and non-GMP
  • Flair for IT, with knowledge of Learning Management Systems. Knowledge of STA and ISOTrain is considered an advantage
  • Strong skills in project management and change management
  • Profound communication skills in English, including written, oral, and presentation abilities, are vital. Knowledge of Danish is considered an advantage

You have excellent interpersonal skills and an understanding of cross-cultural impact. The job is within the PS API MSAT Business Support department, located in Bagsværd. Our team provides essential services and assistance to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of MSAT.
