Do you want to play a central role in developing our training setup? We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Training Coordinator who work closely with our employees and leaders ensuring efficient training in compliance with regulatory requirements. Are you a team player and good at coordinating and managing stakeholders? Are you motivated by driving projects and seeing opportunities? Then you might be the right candidate for a job as Training Coordinator in the analytical Competence Centre. 


The position

As our new Training Coordinator, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders to support optimal training.     


Your main tasks will include:
•    Identifying training needs and developing training programs that enhance employees’ skills and competencies. 
•    Working on projects across teams, supporting training and competency development initiatives for all employees in the department.
•    Supporting management implementing training development initiatives.
•    Acting as an expert of how people learn and develop, including designing and facilitating training workshops to develop the best possible training.
•    Managing stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.
•    Collaborating with other Training Coordinators to share knowledge and experience contributing to the common training strategy in Novo Nordisk.
•    Maintaining training of the department including assignment of new SOPs and unassignment of unnecessary training.
•    Updating and optimization of training both locally and across all QC sites. 

 

Moreover, you will collaborate closely with people responsible for content in our department to ensure compliant training within healthcare regulated work processes.

 

Qualifications
•    BSc or MSc degree within project management, business administration, HR, communication, people or organizational development, learning, science or psychology 
•    Experience in project- and stakeholder management, preferably within development or training programs
•    Structured and able to keep an overview of the entire training of the department.
•    An analytical and data-driven approach with attention to detail
•    Familiarity with compliance requirements and GxP areas would be an advantage. 

 

We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and you can or is willing to learn to communicate in Danish. This person demonstrates a strong drive and a positive attitude with a can-do mindset. About the department
Analytical Competence Centre is a department in Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Manufacturing Development and consists of plus 50 employees organized in 3 teams. We have a central support function in relation to chemical analysis of Novo Nordisk injectable finished products under development, as well as our marketed products. The department is responsible for validation of analytical methods before clinical phase 3 and for the following transfer of the analytical methods to our QC laboratories across the world. We also support our colleagues globally with analytical knowledge and scientific help as well as drive optimization through innovation. We strive to do all of this in a collaborative environment of joy and curiosity in our department.
