The position 

You will be in charge of technical part of the validation of the new filling line, and when the validation is done, your primary task will be to endorse the challenges on our production lines. You will drive the problem-solving process, so you must be able to comprehend the equipment functionality, process flow, and identify the root cause of the problem through systematic troubleshooting.

  • Resolve complex incidents in production 
  • Implement and participate in projects 
  • Ensure compliance with validation, compliance, and GMP requirements.

Qualifications 

To succeed in this role, you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, marine engineering, automation, mechanics, or any higher education, with scientific or technical focus.  

Other success criteria are:  

  • Experience in a production environment is preferred but not required.   
  • Knowledge of or experience in complying with GMP requirements. 
  • Great communication skills in Danish and English, both orally and in writing, at a professional level 
  • Skills in working with deviations, data in excel and validations/qualifications. 

 

On a personal level, you are curious and enjoy tackling complex technical problems.   

You possess a comprehensive overview along with sharp problem-solving and analytical skills, enabling you to quickly grasp the core issues and perceive the links between processes, materials, and equipment. Furthermore, your clear and effective communication and relationship building skills, enable you to communicate at multiple levels and maintain a broad network of contact .  

 

About the department 

At Novo Nordisk’s production site in Bagsværd we produce marketed products and products for clinical trials. In 2024 we are excited to announce the establishment of a new department, to qualify two new production lines for aseptic filling of solution products for injection.
