Your new role
As Team Leader in the Security Operations Centre (SOC), you will take ownership of daily operations and lead a team responsible for maintaining a secure, efficient, and responsive environment. You will act as a visible and supportive leader, ensuring stability, strong execution, and continuous development across the function.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders and leadership colleagues, helping to strengthen frontline security operations while maintaining high service standards. Your ability to balance operational oversight with hands-on leadership will be key to success.
Your responsibilities will include:

Leading daily operations and ensuring the effective functioning of the SOC

Supporting the team during critical incidents and ensuring structured follow-up

Driving continuous improvements to procedures, training, and performance

Monitoring KPIs and ensuring compliance with service standards

Building strong collaboration across teams, stakeholders, and security partners
Your new department
You will join a professional and dedicated Security Operations team based in Bagsværd, forming part of a broader security organisation responsible for safeguarding people, assets, and operations.
The SOC operates as a central hub, supporting business-critical activities around the clock. You will be working closely with colleagues across Receptions, Gates, Onsite Security, and the wider leadership team. Together, the function ensures high-quality service delivery and continuous optimisation of security processes.

Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for a strong and structured leader with experience in security operations and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, operational environment. You bring a service-oriented mindset, technical awareness, and excellent communication skills.
You should demonstrate:

Solid leadership experience (minimum 5 years) within a security operations, control room, or similar environment

Strong operational understanding combined with a structured and proactive approach

Confidence in decision-making and the ability to stay calm during critical situations

Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships across functions
In addition, you bring high integrity, sound judgement, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Experience with security systems, training, or incident management will be considered an advantage.

What we offer
Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 651,000 to 956,900 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
