  • Identify, through your recruitment stakeholder landscape, and support the agreed TA opportunities relevant within your given area to make sure that we deliver our services with the right level of quality, speed, and efficiency.
  • Keep a holistic helicopter overview of recruitment in the area, coordinating efforts and resources, making data-based decisions, while still being active in own recruitment process.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, and help to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

You can expect a meaningful job with a high degree of freedom, the opportunity to make a difference by matching people with life-changing opportunities, and ample opportunities to grow, both professionally and personally.

  • Project management skills - to handle multiple complex recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Ability to utilize data to understand the business and drive change.
  • A relevant academic degree, and proficiency in English.

On a personal level, you are a flexible and solution-driven recruiter with an open mindset. You can work independently and build lasting relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders. You keep up with the latest trends, communicate your ideas clearly, and build a strong network in the industry.
