Talent Acquisition Consultants

Category:  Human Resource Management
Location:

Bagsværd, Capital Region of Denmark, DK

Would you like to be part of our growth journey at Novo Nordisk and do you have a passion for recruitment? Then you should join us in Talent Acquisition.

This is a unique opportunity to join one of the largest in-house recruitment functions in Denmark – and to embark on a life-changing career journey. If you are ready to help Novo Nordisk attract and hire the right talent at the right time - then help us change the lives of millions of people living with chronic diseases around the world.

About the position
We drive end-to-end recruitment processes supported by sourcers and administrators from our RPO AMS. With great support to find the right candidates and scheduling interviews you will guide the hiring managers through our recruitment process from start-up meeting and all the way to the final selection of the candidate. Along the way you will support, advise, and challenge the hiring manager while also ensuring a great candidate and hiring manager experience.

In order to optimize our efforts we have introduced specialised focus areas. This means you will partner up with a TA Partner in supporting a specific business area or a specific professional group. You will have your own portfolio of recruitments which you run independently, while also working closely together with your TA Partner, your Team, other colleagues from Talent Acquisition and the wider People & Organisation function.

You can expect a meaningful job with a high degree of freedom, the opportunity to make a difference by matching people with life-changing opportunities, and with ample opportunities to grow, both professionally and personally.

Qualifications

You might have a lot of recruitment experience or only some recruitment experience either alone or coupled with experience within other fields. Your B.sc or M.Sc degree might be fairly new or already a bit dusty - we are looking for a number of consultants for various areas.

Your drive makes it natural for you to manage many different and sometimes complex recruitment processes in parallel and reach out to the stakeholders you need to involve in accomplishing your goals. You thrive in an environment where you work independently while creating lasting trustful relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders within your area. At the same time, you are a team-player and value close cooperation and knowledge sharing. You have a demonstrated ability to switch between careful planning and flexible here-and-now solutioning and you manage to keep the overview while dealing with details.

We use People Test Systems (PTS) as an important part of our assessment method and while you may not be certified in PTS, you are probably familiar with other assessment tools already. In addition to that, you are fluent in English.

About the department
The Talent Acquisition DK team consists of approximately 45 recruiters and together we support Novo Nordisk in Denmark with around 7,000 recruitments annually.

Your colleagues have a diverse range of backgrounds, but we all share the same passion for Talent Acquisition and most have spent quite a few years making sure that the right jobs find the right talents at the right time. We have our primary base in Bagsværd, but we spend a lot of time at the different sites in Måløv, Søborg, Gentofte, Kalundborg, Hillerød etc. depending on the assigned focus area. Therefore, we have a strong focus on keeping in touch, doing social activities, and sharing knowledge on a regular basis.
