The position
As our new Supply Quality Professional, you will join us in Quality Support team, where you will be responsible for handling deviations and drive optimization activities related to our processes and improve our ways of working. Your activities will be related to the raw materials we source for our production.

Your key tasks include:

  • Conducting data-driven investigations on supplier-related issues, leveraging insights to ensure timely resolutions and compliance.
  • Acting as a key contact point, coordinating with key suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure collaboration and effective communication.
  • Supporting the organization to maintain operational performance even when deviations occur.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert for deviations, with direct impact on the development of Quality Support

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine you:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, economics, statistics, engineering, production, or a related field, with proven professional experience. Alternatively, a Master’s degree with limited work experience.
  • Have relevant experience in a similar position within a GxP environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry or background in data analysis. Some interest or experience with tools such as Power BI, Excel, and AI is highly valued.
  • Showcase an understanding of how to apply project management for small and big projects.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Display full proficiency in both spoken and written English.

 

It is a big plus if you have experience within quality and sourcing, deviation processes, or have been working with raw materials.

On a personal level, you are a proactive and a natural problem solver, effectively navigating a dynamic environment and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders. You get energy from investigating situations, finding solutions, and taking the initiative in collaborating with stakeholders. Additionally, you have a strong quality mindset, learn quick, and are ambitious, with a keen eagerness to improve processes and contribute to the team’s success.

 

About the department
The Quality Support team is part of the ISM department. ISM is responsible for managing hundreds of suppliers and items used by Novo Nordisk around the globe to produce our life-saving products.

In Quality Support, you will be part of a diverse team of 10 professionals, all working to ensure a continuous and seamless supply of materials. We maintain close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, driving improvements and ensuring compliance.

The current office location is Bagsværd, but we will be moving to Taastrup in January 2026.
