Supply Planner (Maternity Cover)

Then, you may be the maternity cover as Supply Planner in Inbound Supply Management.
 
The Position
As a Supply Planner professional, your primary responsibility will be inventory and order management of Printed Packaging Materials to our production sites. You will work closely together with your Supply Manager and Planner colleagues to ensure our suppliers can deliver the materials needed for our production lines to keep running. This requires day-to-day operational purchasing as well as close coordination with stakeholders both internal and external. You will become part of a diverse team consisting of 13 colleagues who are responsible for both Primary and Printed packaging supply planning.  
Your key responsibilities will be:
•    Monitoring inventory levels, prioritizing production needs, placing purchase orders, and coordinating activities to ensure the availability of released materials.

•    Ensuring the daily supply of packaging materials while driving optimization initiatives.

•    Support Master data processes within the team and department.

•    Engaging with internal and external stakeholders at various levels. 
 
Qualifications
•    An academic degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
•    Minimum of 1 year of purchasing or supply chain, process optimization experience, with knowledge of SAP
•    Familiarity with Excel and Master data will be an advantage.
•    Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.

About the department

The Primary Packaging Supply Planning team is part of Sourcing Operations (SoOp) and is responsible for planning, purchasing, and managing warehouse stock levels for the thousands of materials going into Novo Nordisk production worldwide. Our common goal is to ensure a reliable supply of quality Primary Packaging materials in regulatory compliance to Novo Nordisk manufacturing sites.You will join a dynamic team of 13 employees who are responsible for supply planning on an operational level. Part of the strategy is to be more robust, effective and efficient while ensuring a high service level for our customers. We are currently based in Bagsværd. In January 2025, we will relocate to Høje Taastrup.
