The position

As Supply Chain Transfer Planner, you will work closely with other team members as well as stakeholders from different departments in order to ensure that our transfer and project deliverables are met.

Some of your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Driving and coordinating the country transfer processes, working closely with stakeholders across the organization
  • Ensuring knowledge and understanding of our transfer process; making sure it is used to further increase flexibility and utilization of our global production network
  • Driving ad hoc projects and continuous development of our systems and processes

 

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, we imagine you:

  • Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Finance, or any other relevant field
  • Possess at least 3 years of experience in supply chain, ideally in planning, project management or transfer coordination
  • Have worked within a regulated industry, such as pharmaceutical, medical devices, food, automotive to name only a few, as well as within a large company
  • Demonstrate at least a basic understanding of advanced planning systems such as OMP and a good understanding of excel
  • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken

You excel in stakeholder management and thrive in driving tasks across various organisational levels independently. You are driven by ambitious goals. About the department

You will be part of our newly established team, residing in Supply Chain Mid-term Planning within Novo Nordisk. The Supply Flexibility Team consists of 8 dedicated colleagues, and we operate in an informal work environment. We provide opportunities to grow both as a person and professionally, we value diversity and the unique skills individual people bring to the table.

Our main goal is to ensure optimal flexibility and utilization of the global production network, by providing transparency across the organization, in addition to plan and execute production site transfers in a timely and robust manner.
