The position

The primary purpose of the team is to ensure we are in compliance with national requirements so patients can get our life-saving medicines. Further we are involved in expansion and innovation projects to support the growth needed to serve our current and future patients. Your work may require you to dig into a complex data pool, analyse it and communicate clearly to stakeholders.

Also, you will participate in different Supply Chain initiatives like implementation of regulatory compliance projects, IT integration to external partners, or creation of new digital solutions.

The marternity is untill end of year (31st December 2025)

 

Some of your responsibilities will be to:

  • Drive implementation of supply chain projects in close collaboration with stakeholders such as global IT & affiliates
  • Plan, execute and deliver according to agreed objectives and milestones
  • Ensure best practice and robust Supply Chain solution designs
  • Stakeholder management - interact and communicate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and support throughout the projects
  • Build and maintain a stakeholder network spanning supply chain, IT, production, regulatory affairs, labelling and our colleagues in the countries we interact with.

 

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business IT or similar, will be an advantage.
  • 2-3 years of experience within Project Management, preferably within Supply Chain or IT.
  • Effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement abilities, coupled with the skill to communicate across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience with or understanding of Supply Chain including Serialisation and/or Unique Device Identification of drug products and devices is not mandatory but will be taken into consideration.

As a person, you are proactive, responsible, and have a structured mindset. You are a team player, engage in developing the team both professionally and personally, and have excellent cross-cultural collaboration skills. You are open-minded, love to learn, and are not afraid of diving into unfamiliar topics.

You are fluent in both spoken and written English.

 

About the Department

You will join the Integrations & Traceability team within Digital Supply Chain and be part of a diverse group of 13 highly competent and engaged colleagues. Digital Supply Chain is anchored in Supply Chain & Business Development within Novo Nordisk Product Supply. Our main responsibilities are to develop digital solutions improving the global processes within the end-to-end Supply Chain. While based in Bagsværd, we will regularly visit IT in Ballerup. We have fun and enjoy each other's company, which gives us the psychological safety to challenge each other and the status quo to become even better!
