The Position
As Supply Chain Planning Specialist your focus will be to drive and align the process and solutions within our Supply Chain planning. You will be part of implementing and driving enhancements of our OMP planning solution.
Your primarily tasks will include:

 

 

  • dedicated to projects, where you will be driving design and implementation of improvements to supply chain processes and solution (OMP)
  • designing robust supply chain planning solutions in OMP in close collaboration with impacted stakeholders
  • managing stakeholders across functions and at different levels in Novo Nordisk, as well as external partners
  • ensuring a smooth hand over of new solutions to line of business
  • working in an Agile Setup, which provides a great transparency in work tasks and requires all team members to support different tasks in the team

 
You will be working in a highly engaged team with dedicated colleagues that are motivated to transform and develop our Supply Chain processes.
 
Qualifications
In order for us to succeed, the following qualifications are required:
 

  • minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience within Supply Chain Planning; Supply Chain Analytics; or Process Excellence roles
  • master’s degree e.g., in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Business IT
  • experience with Advanced Supply Chain Planning solutions, preferably OMP
  • abilities to communicate clearly, drive and move things forward to align expectations
  • structured, goal oriented and good at coordination
  • have high level of initiative to drive the right processes and deliverables
  • a natural flair for business process optimisation, standardisation, and IT systems
  • experience in Supply Chain Planning with regulatory constraints is an advantage

About the Department
You will join the Planning Excellence team in Digital Supply Chain and work closely with colleagues in the P4F Program consisting of highly competent and engaged colleagues from Product Supply, International Operations and North America Operations.
Digital Supply Chain is anchored in Supply Chain, within Novo Nordisk Product Supply. Our main responsibilities are to develop digital solutions improving the global processes within the end-to-end Supply Chain.
