The position

As a Supply Chain Planner at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Be responsible for planning a product portfolio/value chain, creating short-term production plans.
  • Secure the right level of capacity for production to producer the needed product for our patients.
  • Align and set directions clearly and constructively with stakeholders in the supply chain and production.
  • Conduct analyses to highlight supply risks that will support decision-making.
  • Support the optimization processes in the supply chain and support cross-functional and cross-departmental optimization.

 

Qualifications

We realise that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes then you could be the person we are looking for:

  • A master’s or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in supply chain planning or a related role.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to conduct risk assessments.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Have an experience with process optimization and LEAN tools and can see continuous improvement as a natural part of your job
  • Fluent spoken and written English is a prerequisite.
  • Knowledge of planning system like SAP or OMP is an advantage
