The position
As a Supply Chain Integration Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Be the primary point of contact for Supply Chain activities at the site, establish and maintain productive partnerships with stakeholders, provide transparent status reporting, and foster an engaging and trustful collaboration.
  • Monitor site performance and Supply Chain KPIs, align them with company-wide standards, participate in cross-functional meetings, and ensure transparent reporting at board meetings.
  • Lead change management initiatives, oversee NN activities, and assess potential impacts on production plans and capacity.
  • Drive process improvements and optimizations, facilitate Supply Chain projects, and ensure stakeholder input for effective solution implementation.

 

Qualifications
An ideal candidate would have the following:

  • A Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or a similar field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience within a supply chain department and/or planning department is required.
  • Relevant experience working in a production site within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong Analytical and Project Management experience would be preferred

You will join our dynamic and fast-paced supply chain team, responsible for all steps involved in getting products from suppliers to customers. Our activities include obtaining goods and services for all types of business processes, finished goods demand inventory planning, movement, storage, and inventory control of materials, finished goods, tools, and packaging materials, as well as import/export and customs management. We are dedicated to designing future end-to-end supply chains, developing global, regional, and country supply chain strategies and policies, monitoring and improving supply chain costs, and enhancing supply chain processes.
