Then you have the chance to seize the opportunity as we are looking for a dedicated Supply Chain Analyst to join our CMC Development and Scaling team.

 

The Position

You will join a team of 18 dedicated professionals responsible for supply strategies and setting up our supply management system.

 

The main tasks will be:

  • Forecasting trial product demand for clinical trials

  • Preparing strategies for packaging and distribution

  • Ensuring correct and timely dispensing of trial product for participants in clinical trials

 

Our new Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for simulating the supply chain for upcoming clinical trials to build the optimal logistic setup, balancing supply certainty and waste. 

 

Together with experienced colleagues, you will be involved in developing processes in our team that will enable us to work smarter in an informal working environment with a high degree of empowerment. To succeed in the job, it is important to establish and maintain ongoing collaboration with relevant stakeholders within different functions in Novo Nordisk.

 

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree within Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Maths, Statistics or similar

  • Relevant experience within Supply Chain Management or is a talented recent graduate.

  • Data-driven mindset, structured way of working with data, and ability to transform data into meaningful business information critical for decision making

  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge how to work with simulation software or production planning

  • Experience working within pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage

  • Good communication skills in English and Danish.

About the Department

Clinical Supplies Trial Set-up is a part of Clinical Supplies in CMC Development and Scaling. We are responsible for the planning, packaging, labelling and distribution of products for Novo Nordisk clinical trials worldwide. The department consists of four teams, preparing clinical trials for execution by forecasting product demand, simulating trial supply execution, setting up randomization and trial supply management system, preparing labels and directions for use.
