Your new role
As a Student Assistant focusing on Digital Automation & AI Adoption, you will support Process Support in Environmental Monitoring Operations with both daily activities and digital improvement initiatives. You will work at the intersection of pharmaceutical production, data analysis and automation, helping identify opportunities where digital tools can create real value.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Map workflows and identify repetitive tasks suitable for automation or digital support
- Support development of simple tools, dashboards or automation solutions
- Explore and evaluate AI-enabled use cases in operations
- Assist with testing, documentation and implementation of digital solutions in line with GMP (Slettes)
- Analyse and visualise operational data to support decision-making
Your new department
You will join Process Support within Environmental Monitoring Operations, a team responsible for supporting daily operations, compliance and continuous improvement in an aseptic filling facility. The department works closely with production and stakeholders across functions to ensure high-quality standards while continuously optimising processes through digitalisation and smarter ways of working.
Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for a curious and structured student with a strong interest in applying digital solutions in a real operational setting.
To succeed in this role, you:
- Are currently studying within data science, engineering, IT, machine learning, business analytics or a similar field
- Are proactive and willing to take ownership, while also knowing when to ask questions.
- Have experience with tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, Excel or similar technologies
- Have a basic understanding of AI, automation or data analytics concepts
- Are detail-oriented and understand the importance of accuracy in a regulated environment
- Can communicate technical ideas clearly and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Salary and Benefits: This position is hourly paid. For this position, the hourly base rate is 209,27 DKK, based on an assessment of relevant factors such as experience, educational background, demonstrated competencies, and the specific skills required for the position. In addition to the hourly base rate, Student Assistants are entitled to a pension scheme (currently 10% employer contribution and 5% employee contribution).
