Join us to shape how Novo Nordisk grows – simply, sustainably, and with impact
At Novo Nordisk, growth is not just about scale — it’s about how we organise, decide, and perform as one enterprise. In 2026, our Organisational Development (OD) team is at the centre of that journey. We are redefining organisational principles, reshaping structures and insights, building workforce clarity, and helping EVP areas make deliberate choices that create speed, simplicity and performance.
Now, we are looking for an OD Partner to join us.
Your new role
This is not a traditional OD role. It is a role for someone who wants to shape the system.
What you’ll help us build:
• Shape enterprise-wide organisational choices
• Partner with EVP areas on their most critical OD challenges
• Drive strategic OD initiatives that matter
• Use data and insight to challenge and enable HR Business Partners and leaders
• Build OD capability across the organisation
• Define standards for how OD is done at Novo Nordisk
Who we’re looking for
• Relevant Master’s degree and 5+ years of experience
• Extensive senior advisory or OD experience
• Strong stakeholder influence skills
• Strategic and analytical mindset
• Curiosity, courage, and pragmatic execution
Your new department
You will be part of a team that enhances employee engagement and attracts top talent to ensure Novo Nordisk remains a premier choice for exceptional individuals. Together, we foster an inclusive workplace culture that empowers individuals to thrive and supports our mission to make a positive impact on people's lives.
As a member of this team, you'll analyse current and future organisational needs, challenge the status quo, and develop principles, programmes and guidelines that work across all levels of the organisation. The role offers a high degree of independence and the opportunity to shape new standards and methods that will define how we grow and evolve as a company.
Working at Novo Nordisk
Every day we seek the solutions that defeat serious chronic diseases. To do this, we approach our work with determination, constant curiosity and a commitment to finding better ways forward. For over 100 years, this dedication has driven us to build a company focused on lasting change for long-term health. We're on a transformation journey that creates exciting opportunities to shape the future – not just of our business, but of how we work together. When you join us, you'll find a culture built on mutual respect, where diverse thinking is valued and your voice matters. Here, you're not just developing organizations – you're helping create a workplace where everyone can contribute to extraordinary results.
What we offer
There is, of course, more on offer here than the uniqueness of our culture and the extraordinary results we produce. Being part of a global healthcare company means opportunities to learn and develop are all around us, while our benefits are designed with your career and life stage in mind. In this role, you'll have enterprise-wide responsibility and global impact, working from our headquarters with influence across the organization.
Deadline
